October is NeighborWoods Month!

Saturday, October 17
Mile High Million

The Mile High Million is partnering with the City of Aurora to plant 150 trees at Sand Creek Park in honor of NeighborWoods month.  Sand Creek Park is located near the Denver-Aurora border, just north of the Anschutz Medical Campus.  The park is adjacent to the Sand Creek Regional Trail, which connects Aurora, Denver and Commerce City while passing by premier parks and natural areas situated along the creek.

NeighborWoods is a community service campaign sponsored by the Alliance for Community Trees.

To volunteer contact Justin Clack at 720-272-5388 before the volunteer registration deadline of October 14th
